Growing up, I never saw conflict as a big deal…
…probably because I was so good at dodging it by bouncing between friends, jobs, and countries.
Today, I’m helping co-founders face their conflicts so they can elevate their companies and change their lives.
To make this pivot, I took some bold steps to change my own attitude towards difficult relationships. Here is how I did it:

I got messy
Left my JP Morgan career to manage a small venture capital fund and launch a Silicon Valley start-up with two engineer friends

I took a gamble
Tackled complex transformations:
- a fintech spreading across 16 geographies
- a telecom operator acquiring a larger pay-TV business
- a global gaming company in distress

I went back to school
Joined Stanford for an executive MBA, followed by studies in relational neuroscience, somatic psychology, and group dynamics

I put in 10,000 hours
Worked with hundreds of couples and business partners to qualify as a UK psychotherapist and professional mediator
I am Evangelos Raptis, founder of Red Tree, a London-based practice that helps partners grow their business by preventing and resolving conflict between them
